Congress irrelevant
Glenn has said for quite some time that Congress will become irrelevant because progressives believe Congress just gets in the way of progress. So they find ways to circumvent the system - Elizabeth Warren has not been approved by Congress and was grilled about it during a very testy hearing in D.C. yesterday.
